Each applicant must provide a letter from their current employer confirming employment and a copy of one of the following: (1) two most recent pay stubs; or (2) last two months' bank statements (showing deposits with withdrawls crossed out, if necessary) or, (3) for self-employed persons, the most recent year's CRA notice of assessment.

Each applicant must provide two (2) references that may be contacted. Only one (1) reference is required to be provided if landlord information is provided above. Applicants who are spouses of each other need only together provide two references, and only one reference is landlord information is provided above. References may be a co-worker, your employer or someone, other than a family member, who knows you well. Please ensure you let your references know they may be contacted by us in relation to this application

A copy of photo identification for each applicant is required to be included with this completed application form to verify their identity, (both sides of driver's license or other government-issued photo identification.) this can be provided through email

A non refundable deposit in the amount of one-half month's rent will be required to be paid to the landlord upon acceptance of this application / the tenant's tenancy by the landlord. Once the lease is signed, the deposit will become the security deposit under the lease to be administered in accordance with the provisions of the residential Tenancies Act. All tenants of the landlord are required to arrange and maintain the tenant's property and liability insurance for the duration of their tenancy.

Current landlords, employers and references may be contacted by the landlord.
